(A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.)

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract has taken effect.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) informing about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of the withdrawal  

If you withdraw from this contract, we will have to reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). These have to be reimbursed within no more than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for the transaction.

Reasons for extinction

In the case of a contract for the delivery of digital content that is not on a physical data carrier, the right of withdrawal expires if the entrepreneur has started to execute the contract after the consumer

1. has expressly agreed that the entrepreneur will begin executing the contract before the withdrawal period has expired and
2. as confirmed that he is aware that he will lose his right of withdrawal by consenting to the execution of the contract.

Return policy

Regardless of the statutory right of withdrawal (see above), we grant consumers a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee. The period is 30 days from the date of sale.

In order to take advantage of the 30-day money-back guarantee, you must inform Windows & Office of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear written declaration (e.g. letter, email). After the statutory withdrawal period of 14 days has expired, we request a description of the reasons for making use of the money-back guarantee. The deadline is met if we receive the written revocation before the end of the 30 days.

Your payment will be reimbursed in accordance with the right of withdrawal.

Businesses are excluded from the 30-day money-back guarantee.

The statutory right of withdrawal is not restricted by the voluntary extension to 30 days.
